Umm you should just wait till she is done with her boyfriend because depending on age, relationships only last for so long and try to drop hints, yeah flirting and become better friends with her.
you should definitely get to no her so you no you ain't wasting your time.if you become Gd friends then she will rely on u more so if she brakes up with her bf u will be there ready and waiting for her .after the brake up don't just swoop in she will have to get over first then u ask her out.remember don't keep telling her u like her now otherwise you will never get a chance.Gd luck!!and go get Ur girl!!!

I am the type of girl who goes for what she wants. There was this really cute boy 2 years ago that i was so in love with. It was his personality, vibe, just everything about him made me smile. He had a girlfriend but i was single. I was in 10th grade and i decided to construct this diabolical plan to take him away from him. lol. It was so stupid. But it actually worked! All i did was tell him how i feel. Turned out, he felt the exact same way. He and his girlfriend broke up 2 days after i told him. When he told me i was happy, but i didn't want to sound too eager.
