letter? are u nuts? well u better confess with ur mouth because no matter what even if she reads it she is still going to tell you to repeat it with ur mouth so why not find the sweet and true words to tell her? there are not tips here, say what u think of her what makes u like her and all sort of things, no one can help, u have to do it ur way, and remember being honest with someone is always Good, and it makes them know how much u love them, so be bold i know it is hard but try and tell her before a smart one does.

...Is she the type of girl who would like getting that type of letter? Base whether and how you do it on what she'd like, not what you feel she'd like. You're probably better off just asking her out casually. If you don't think she's into you, then it won't be welcome.
