awwww! I think that its soo sweet that you care enough to come on here and ask! There's no precise time. Just when ever you feel like the time is right. Just kind of look into her eyes for a while and slowly lean in. She'll get the hint of what your doing and if she want to kiss you then she'll either stay there or lean in. And if she doesn't want to then she'll turn her head. So it doesn't make her feel pressured or anything. I hope that helps a little. There is no speific moment. Moments are better than others, but I love surprises. When my boyfriend drags me over to him and kisses me out of nowhere. I also love when he is standing with me looking in my eyes and just goes in for the kiss. It is easier than you think. Just do it and get it over with. ALWAYS BRING MINTS!!!!
i am very shy too, i have been asking question up and down about theese kind of things! trust me you will know when the time is rite! you will start thinking of her, dreaming of her, and if u truly love her, shyness wont get in your way! go on take risks, the kiss can evenm help u get ove rhtis shyness!
