I would start off by asking her out on a date or for an ice cream or something and buy it for her. Then I would wait till I thought it was the moment and ask her out.
just ask her its not a big deal and she probably doesn't get asked out as much as you think she does
so then when you see her, ask her.Dont be afraid.....its just a girl.But only ask her when you feel comfortable doing it.Dont rush anything.good luck
Give her a compliment...something like she has pretty eyes, or a nice body. Tell her she's just the kind of girl you like, and that you can treat her better than any other guy can. Then just ask if she'll be your girlfriend.
