Ask if she wants to go get something to eat with you sometime.. this will give you an idea if she is into you. Take her out and if she seems to have a good time say something like '; ok, this was fun... we need to do this again but next time it will be a date'; :) (say in a jokily way to see her reaction.). Either way it works good bc you will either have a official date or know you need to move to a new crush.
