Need advice, girl seems to hate me when I didn't do anything to her?

I met a girl a couple of weeks ago who I think is cute. She is my age (16) and i've been told is a 'quiet' type and I can see that. I have wanted to talk to her, but have only been able to say hi to her a couple of times only because she avoids me whenever I try to talk to her. I saw her the other day and walked up to talk to her, but once she saw me, she walked the other way lol. I am a bit pissed because it seems as if she hates me when I've never done a thing to her, nor am I ugly or anything.Need advice, girl seems to hate me when I didn't do anything to her?
knowing that you like her she might feel awkward or quite possibly she's the type that wants to pursue someone rather than being pursued if that makes sense she doesn't want someone to try to get to know her she wants to find someone she likes and try to get him doesn't mean anythings wrong with you but I'd find a different girl.Need advice, girl seems to hate me when I didn't do anything to her?
Sounds like she freaked at the possible confrontation. Comes from the shyness, and the age/maturity level. Give her time, I don't believe she hates you, she's just nervous ;)
