I have been involved in relationships in the past which have crushed my confidence completely with girls, as i have been cheated on and had my girlfriend leave me for my 'friend' etc and i have lost trust in women, recently i have noticed a new girl in school and she is very attractive, i just need some advice on what to do about as i have lost what many people would call there 'touch' when it comes to talking to her and getting her to possible like me.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

once you feel comfortable then ask her out
