About two weeks ago, I was at the movie theatre and met this very attractive African American guy who worked at the candy counter. I asked him a couple questions, tried my best to be more friendly than usual. And he was just so polite and cute, I couldn't stop thinking about him, so I got my friend to go back in with me the next week so I could give him my number.
Well, I didn't really think things through, because (1) I got super nervous because I really didn't know what to say to this guy and I was embarrassed and figured I'd look super random and freakish, and (2) he wasn't even on shift that day.
I got my friend to go back in that weekend to ask when he usually worked, and found out he always works Wednesdays, from noon to five.
So now I'm going to go back there, I think, and try to strike up another mini conversation, and if it goes okay, I was going to walk away and then come back after a half hour or so with my phone number written on the back of my ticket stub.
Does this sound like a good idea? Do guys think it's weird when girls are this ... aggressive?
And -- I'm a blonde. A white (attractive) blonde. Do you think this guy would even bother to call me, if I did give him my number?Advice: Girl asking Guy out?

If he's sensitive he won't. If he's smart he might consider. If he's sexy he'll go for it.
I think you should write a ticket with ur number and buy something from there. then when you pay, hide the ticket in the money :)

You dont even know if he has steady girlfriend or not.
Talk to him some more and wait for a sign if he is even interested. If there are no signs- then forget it. You can`t be so dense as to not recognize interest in your person when you see it?
Only then would I risk giving him my number.
P.S. And as for being blond- do you actually think that will give you an advantage? Pretty might. Intelligent might. Hard working might. And he also might be only into dating black girls himself. So find out first.
